Finding Us.

Huntingdon Racecourse is situated half a mile from the A14 Junction 22. The A14 links with the A1, M1, M11 and M6. This allows for easy access from the North and South, along with the West Midlands and East Coast. The racecourse is 20 miles to the north west of Cambridge with easy access along the A14, and 22 miles south of Peterborough via the M1. The postcode is PE28 4NL. We are approximately two miles from the Huntingdon train station.

Please note: There have been changes to the road network in the local area so please ensure your satnav is up to date and follow directions below.

Stallholder Info.

Gates to the racecourse open at the following times. 7:00am on Saturday morning (for stallholders ONLY).

7:00am the Cromwell Suite will be open for inside traders to arrive and unload stock. Please note that table hire is available £10 per (6ft) table on the day, but we strongly advise you pre-book if at all possible. Indoor single pitches will be enough to accommodate yourself and a standard 6ft trestle table. Indoor double pitches are 12ft x 8ft.

7:30am once the inside traders have parked their vehicles, the Main Arena stallholders can come into the grounds to setup. The Main Arena pitches will be allocated on the day and vary in shape and size due to the non-uniform shape of the grounds. They range from approximately 12-16ft wide by 6-12ft deep (some pitches are longer or deeper etc. and we will always accommodate traders to pitches that suit them best). Please note that for the arena pitches you will have a short, set amount of time to unload your stock into your pitch. Vehicles are parked in a nearby and readily accessible car park (not in your pitch). You can bring your vehicle into your pitch to start packing up from 3pm onwards. The stewards on the day will be very accommodating as to what pitch may be most suitable for your stock.

Outside grass area entry from 7:00am. These pitches will allow enough space to park your vehicle inside your pitch and accommodate your stock. If you would rather park in the trader’s car park once unloaded you are welcome at no extra cost, please let a steward know on the day. Pitch sizes are approximately 12m wide x 4m deep. Double pitches are available pre-booking advised.

Lorry pitches are also available on the outside grass area. Pre-booking advised.

  • 7:00am Cromwell building opens for inside traders to unload.
